This full-time role involves delivering planned maintenance for mechanical services within a commercial contract. Ideal candidates will possess a Level 3 equivalent qualification in a mechanical discipline and experience in HVAC and BMS systems. Qualifications

• Level 3 Equivalent from a Mechanical Discipline.
• Experience with heating/cooling systems repair and service.
• Ability to manage small mechanical installations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Planned Preventative Maintenance for Mechanical Building Services.
• Follow safety legislation and health and safety systems.
• Complete PPM tasks within Service Level Agreements.
