These principles form our values and behaviours and are an essential component of our assessment process and are fundamental qualities that we seek for all roles.There are currently four roles available, each requiring a specific skillset tailored to different types of HSE Advisor specialisms as outlined below.**With Management Systems Background:** Candidates for this specialism must hold a NEBOSH General Certificate as a minimum and be Lead Auditor qualified. The role requires a strong background in HSE management systems with practical knowledge of auditing ISO standards and utilising online HSE reporting systems. Applicants must have previous experience leading management systems within a large-scale organisation.**With Manufacturing Background:** Applicants for the manufacturing specialism must possess a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification. A minimum of three years of experience within a manufacturing environment is essential, demonstrating the ability to manage safety protocols and compliance in a high-output production setting.**With Infrastructure / CDM Background:** Applicants for the infrastructure specialism requires a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification. A minimum of five years of experience in construction related projects with specific expertise in contractor management, construction assurance and in-depth knowledge of the CDM regulations 2015.We are an equal opportunities employer.
