An award-winning multi-disciplinary construction consultancy in Colchester seeks a Graduate Building Surveyor to kickstart their career. Responsibilities include conducting surveys, assisting with reports, and acting as a Contract Administrator on projects. Candidates should possess a BSc in Building Surveying, have great communication and IT skills, and work towards RICS chartered membership. The role promises full APC support and opportunities for professional growth.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join our busy Colchester office team.
This role will offer the successful candidate the chance to start their career within a busy and award winning multi-disciplinary practice, with full APC support and opportunities for professional development.
Projects will be varied, with a diverse range of clients including developers, property companies, retailers, local authorities, health trusts, universities, schools, and academies.
You can expect to be given responsibilities from the outset, including surveys, designs, reports and contract documents as required, whilst receiving all the guidance and support required to enable you to develop and consolidate your skills. You should be comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
