We are seeking a motivated and sales-oriented Retail Adviser to join our growing team in our Vodafone London Ealing Broadway Centre Partner store. Our Vodafone Partner stores are independent franchises that provide you with the opportunity to develop and contribute to a growing local business. Due to the nature of our business you need to be over 18 to work in store

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcome customers and provide a friendly, engaging in‑store experience
• You will interact directly with customers, understand their needs, build trust, and create a personal experience they will remember.
• You will also do your utmost to resolve any customer issues right there, right then.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets, including accessories, upgrades, and add‑ons
• Demonstrate products clearly and confidently, explaining features and benefits
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and basic technical questions professionally
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and stock organisation
• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

We are looking for people who are level-headed, have a mature mind‑set, combined with enthusiasm, energy, and drive. It can be a demanding role and you’ll need to be able to commit to some weekend work as well as weekdays, but for the right person, it’s an amazing opportunity to work for one of the UK’s most valuable brands.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident approach to sales and meeting targets
• Ability to work well within a team and independently
• Basic IT skills and willingness to learn new systems
• Flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Previous retail or sales experience
• Interest in technology, mobile devices, or telecommunications
• Experience working in a target‑driven environment
