• 1+ years of experience in Processing Corporate Actions and Trade Settlements in NA/EMEA markets.
• Certifications in financial markets like NSE NCFM or NCCMP are advantageous.
• Flexible to work in US shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST).

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of Corporate Action events daily.
• Execute cash movements and resolve counterparty issues promptly.
• Analyze operational risks and recommend procedural changes.
