Qualifications

• MB BS or equivalent medical qualification required.
• MRCPsych OR MRCPsych equivalent approved by the Royal College of Psychiatrists.
• Excellence in working extensively in multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide Responsible Clinician duties to up to 10 rehabilitation inpatients.
• Lead the multi-disciplinary team to deliver the Care Programme Approach.
• Participate and contribute to Clinical Governance and Quality Improvement.

Skills

Excellent clinical skills using bio-psycho-social perspective

Excellence in working extensively in multi-disciplinary teams

Able to manage clinical complexity and uncertainty

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

Education

MB BS or equivalent medical qualification

Fully registered with the GMC with a licence to practise
