Responsibilities

• Lead groups independently across a range of outdoor activities.
• Support the growth of the client base through developing new sessions.
• Manage the hire centre and ensure customer safety and satisfaction.

Education

RYA Safety Boat

RYA Dinghy instructor

RYA Senior Instructor

RYA Level 2 Powerboat

BCAB/Paddle UK Paddle Sports Instructor (or equivalent)

BC/Paddle UK Coaching qualification

16-hour First Aid qualification
