Qualifications

• At least 1 year prior experience working with groups independently on larger lakes.
• At least 1 year helping with health and safety and risk management in an outdoor environment.
• A current understanding of the RYA and British canoeing.

Responsibilities

• Lead groups independently on the lake.
• Deliver customer service and conduct safety briefings.
• Assist with administration and maintenance tasks.
