Job Purpose

To support the Watersports Manager in delivering a well-rounded, inclusive programme of on‑water and shore‑based activities and courses for a diverse community of users, in line with the charity’s aims and objectives. The Watersports Instructor’s primary responsibility is to lead on‑water sessions—including sailing, powerboating, rowing, and other boating disciplines—while also assisting with fleet and centre maintenance to ensure the smooth running of scheduled activities.
