This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the asset management function for a diverse and expanding commercial property portfolio. As Head of Asset Management, you will play a central role in setting strategic direction, working alongside talented colleagues and senior leaders to deliver projects that make a genuine difference. You’ll be responsible for developing and embedding the Strategic Asset Management Plan, ensuring our approach is dynamic, data-driven, and aligned with the borough’s long-term vision.
