• Ability to identify related changes causing incidents.
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Support the MIM team around Moogsoft alerts and vendor escalations.
• Train ODMs in monitoring systems and Major Incident Management.
• Coordinate incident activities within and across teams.

Skills

Understanding of monitoring and alerting systems (Moogsoft, SolarWinds, etc)

Understanding of ServiceNow

Ability to coordinate incident activity

Good business awareness

Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
