Job summary

A leading clinical research provider in the UK is seeking a Site Reliability Engineering Lead to manage a team focused on delivering mission-critical cloud services. This role involves overseeing cloud operations, ensuring high availability and reliability while driving operational excellence and collaboration. Ideally, candidates should have over 10 years of experience in CloudOps/DevOps, proficiency in AWS, and strong leadership capabilities. This position does not sponsor visas, so UK residents are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in CloudOps/DevOps/SRE roles with strong leadership capabilities.
• Skilled in cloud architecture (AWS preferred) and Linux environments.
• Hands-on experience with IaC tools and CI/CD automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and mentor a team of CloudOps engineers.
• Design and implement Infrastructure-as-Code solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot cloud services for uptime.
