Our Engineering Apprenticeship Programme starting in September 2026 offers an exciting opportunity to learn and grow within the world’s leading specialist heat treatment and thermal processing company. From day one, you’ll be welcomed into a supportive team, working alongside skilled professionals and a dedicated mentor who will guide your development. Whether you’re operating state‑of‑the‑art furnaces, inspecting precision components, or supporting vital processes behind the scenes, you’ll gain practical skills, industry knowledge, and the confidence to shape a successful future in engineering.
As part of your apprenticeship, you’ll also complete a nationally recognised engineering qualification through day‑release attendance at college. This structured learning will complement your hands‑on experience, and you will be supported throughout your studies by both your college tutor and your workplace mentor, ensuring you can apply what you learn in the classroom directly to real‑world challenges on the job. This combination of academic and practical training provides a strong foundation for long‑term success in the engineering industry.
