This is not just a strength and conditioning role; it is a chance to define the physical standard for a sport undergoing an exciting evolution. You will be developing human performance capability at the heart of our WCP aiming for Los Angeles 2028 and guiding our Pathway athletes with sights on Brisbane 2032. Opportunities to attend camps and competitions will upskill your understanding to best physically prepare our athletes to train and compete in the disciplines of running, swimming and obstacle racing. You will be a key architect of athlete training plans, particularly during the busy competition season over the summer.

As our Physical Preparation Lead Coach, you won’t just be “in the gym” – you will be an integral part of the performance planning and coaching process.
We are looking for a coach who thrives in high‑performance environments, brings energy, knowledge and the ability to quickly build trust with athletes and coaches. The balance of scientific precision and elite coaching skills is critical in this role.
