The Ideal Secondary Teacher Will

• Be available full-time (Monday to Friday).
• Deliver engaging lessons across KS3–KS4 (KS5 opportunities available).
• Follow pre‑set work confidently for short‑term cover roles.
• Take on planning, marking and assessment in longer‑term assignments.
• Maintain strong classroom behaviour and a positive learning environment.

Secondary Teacher Requirements

• QTS or equivalent recognized UK teaching qualification.
• Recent experience teaching in secondary schools.
• Strong behaviour management and professionalism.
• Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
• Flexibility to work in a variety of schools across Kent.
