Secondary Teacher – Flexible Teaching Opportunities

Are you a qualified Secondary Teacher looking for flexible teaching work in Beverley? The role

As a Secondary Teacher, you will:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons provided by the school
• Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment
• Adapt confidently to different subjects, year groups and school settings
• Follow school behaviour policies and safeguarding procedures
• Keep pupils engaged and on task
• Provide brief end-of-day feedback to school staff

You choose the days you work, with opportunities ranging from ad-hoc cover to more regular and longer-term bookings.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Recent experience teaching in a secondary school setting
• Confidence managing classrooms across KS3 and KS4
• A flexible, reliable and professional approach
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
