What you will be doing...

• Make sure the bar is always looking its best and align with company specifications
• Roll out the best deals at the right time so everyone can join in on the fun
• Stay ahead by placing orders that keep the drinks flowing, with perfect stock levels and keeping those profit margins in check
• Make sure the team’s trained, confident, and knows all the tricks of the trade
• Run awesome team incentives to boost sales and make upselling a breeze
• Ensuring all beverages are served in quantities as per licensing regulations and company policy.
