Our recently refurbished London office – the Living Lab – offers a direct link to clients, the ability to further develop our existing relationships and to pursue future opportunities across the city. We also have full view of some of our most iconic designs, including 20 Fenchurch Street ‘the Walkie Talkie’ and 30 St Mary’s Axe ‘The Gherkin’ from our river café space.
Our MEP Portfolio Management team is growing, and we are seeking an individual who is passionate about improving building performance, reducing environmental impact, and enhancing occupant comfort. This role offers hands‑on technical delivery across a diverse portfolio of assets, with opportunities to develop your expertise and progress your career within a supportive and forward‑thinking team.
As an experienced professional who ideally holds professional accreditation or is actively pursuing it, you will bring an extensive portfolio demonstrating your expertise and capabilities.
You will play a key part in delivering high‑quality technical work across our portfolio management commissions. This includes inspections, analysis, reporting, and supporting clients in making informed decisions about their buildings and assets. You will work closely with senior colleagues, gaining exposure to a wide range of sectors and project types, while developing your skills and professional confidence.
