A leisure and recreation company in Bridgend is seeking two Swimming Lesson Coordinators to support and deliver a high-energy swimming lesson program. The role involves leading a team of teachers and ensuring effective financial outcomes through quality lesson implementation. Successful candidates will have experience in program development and knowledge of Swim England standards. Role

We are on the lookout for two high energy Swimming Lesson Coordinators inspired by a fast-paced performance driven culture and someone who is passionate about our commitment to our social mission, at Bridgend Life Centre and Ynysawdre.

This is a fantastic unique opportunity to support, design and deliver a comprehensive lesson programme, working with a well established swimming teacher team.

Salary: £13.50 per hour

Hours: 20 per week

• Support, design and deliver a comprehensive swimming lesson programme with a team of swimming teachers.
• Lead and motivate a team of swimming teachers.
• Develop and implement lesson programmes that lead to financial improvements across a swim school.
• Knowledge of the Swim England teaching plan, good practice and delivery of current initiatives, systems and processes within the ASA and STA.
• Collaborate to influence and change ways of working to deliver customer-focused results.
