A leading legal services firm is seeking an Equity Capital Markets Associate or Senior Associate with a minimum of 4 years PQE. The role is based in London or Birmingham, offering hybrid working. You will manage diverse workloads across equity capital markets and public M&A while advising clients on complex matters. Ideal candidates will have strong negotiation skills, the ability to mentor, and a keen commercial acumen, contributing to team growth and business development initiatives.
Gateley Legal is looking for a high‑performing Equity Capital Markets Associate or Senior Associate with a minimum of 4 years PQE to join a dynamic, supportive team. This role will be based in London or Birmingham, offering hybrid working. You will handle a diverse workload across equity capital markets, public M&A and corporate governance in sectors such as manufacturing, life sciences, construction, retail, technology, healthcare, financial services, real estate, recruitment, training and education. Prior cross‑border transactional experience is helpful but not essential. The role offers the opportunity to take ownership of matters and work closely with partners on complex work.
