A leading legal services group in Greater London seeks an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join its corporate team. This role involves working closely with partners and other lawyers on corporate transactions, mentoring junior team members, and maintaining client relations. The ideal candidate has over 4 years PQE from a national or international law firm, with strong legal skills and the ability to offer commercial advice. Asan Associate or Senior Associate in our corporate team, you would be based atour London office working closely with partners, Beth Mather, MartinMontgomery, Oliver Harker, and Sam Meiklejohn and our established London team. The successful candidate will also have theopportunity to work with colleagues across our national corporate unit andbenefit from exposure to a wide variety of corporate transactions, includingprivate equity, M&A, venture capital, capital markets minority investmentsand, corporate structuring projects.
