Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure and supportive atmosphere across campuses.
• Respond swiftly to incidents and promote positive behaviour.
• Support students and staff in a safe environment.

Skills

SIA Level 2 Door Supervisor (or willingness to work towards)

SIA CCTV Operator (or willingness to work towards)

Good Literacy and Numeracy skills (minimum level 2)

Level 3 First Aid at Work (or willingness to work towards)

Trauma informed Training (or willingness to work towards)

Fire Marshall Training

ACT Security Training

Experience of working with young people/adults

Experience of positive behaviour management

Excellent communication skills

Strong people skills

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs

Understanding of safeguarding principles
