Location: Fully Remote Position

Salary: £45,000 + Bonus

Responsibilities of the Client Manager role include:

• Managing a portfolio of clients, including small and medium‑size businesses and individuals
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients and maintaining positive relationships
• Leading and supporting a growing team of bookkeepers
• Reviewing bookkeeping, non‑standard transactions, and reporting key information to senior management
• Preparation and submission of annual accounts, corporation tax returns, and self‑assessment returns
• VAT return preparation and submission
• Payroll processing and submission
• Preparation and submission of confirmation statements
• Tax planning for both individuals and companies
• Ad‑hoc financial reporting and project work as required

Requirements of the Client Manager role include:

• Fully qualified ACCA or ACA (essential)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• Ability to work remotely and manage a varied workload
• Professionalism, integrity, discretion, and accountability
• Experience with Xero, Dext, Hubdoc, and BrightPay preferred
