Yearly salary 30,000.00 GBP - 32,000.00 GBP Executive plays a pivotal role within Electricity Industry Operations, acting as the first point of escalation for complex metering issues and providing expert support to both customers and internal stakeholders. Reporting to the Metering Team Leader, this role helps ensure the smooth delivery of metering operations across an evolving customer base, while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and governance requirements.
This position combines strong technical expertise with leadership and mentoring responsibilities. You will guide and support team members on complex metering matters, contribute to training and continuous improvement, and assist the Team Leader with workload management and operational delivery. With a proactive and curious mindset, you will help drive process improvements, adapt to regulatory change, and ensure high-quality outcomes that meet agreed KPIs, SLAs and customer expectations.
