You will be responsible for optimising and presenting the viability and business case for grant funding bids across the programme, ensuring full compliance with Capital Funding rules and the requirements of the Grant Funding Programme.You will ideally have proven experience working with regulatory bodies and funders, including the Greater London Authority (GLA). You will have worked closely with Development, Land and Partnerships, Delivery, and Finance teams, and possess strong knowledge of OPS, the Capital Funding Guide, and relevant regulatory requirements.
