Experience within the construction or built environment sector is required.****The successful applicant will be self-motivated, resilient, and able to work autonomously while leading on all aspects of community and social impact throughout the development project lifecycle - from pre-planning through to project completion. This includes delivering community and employment projects with Latimer, partners, and supply chain contractors, as well as ensuring Section 106 requirements are met.****You will act as the social value expert for your region, measuring the impact of your programmes using HACT & TOMs, as well as supporting internal Latimer teams and advising on social value queries.****You will be friendly, approachable, and confident managing complex stakeholder relationships within communities, particularly around new build developments.
