This role involves promoting independence, dignity and well‑being for service users who have a variety of additional needs. You will make a positive difference in the lives of those you are supporting, help them with daily tasks, personal care, medication administration and be generally supportive. The role requires you to keep accurate records up to date, work with others and communicate with wider teams to ensure the highest standard of care. Enthusiasm, resilience and a genuine interest in helping people are essential.
The working pattern is flexible, with full‑time and part‑time temporary roles available. Shift patterns vary with day and night shifts available.
