Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in aviation is seeking an experienced Quality & Compliance Engineer to join their compliance team at Stansted. The role involves performing audits and supporting base maintenance operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Candidates should have a Lead Auditor qualification and strong knowledge of EASA/UK CAA Part-145. The position is permanent and may require occasional travel to Luton and other locations. Competitive salary offered at £45,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• Recognised Lead Auditor qualification, or capability to obtain it.
• Strong knowledge of EASA/UK CAA regulatory standards.
• Proven ability to collaborate with operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform internal Part-145 audits and aircraft inspections.
• Provide quality and compliance support to base maintenance.
• Develop relationships to promote quality practices.
• Maintain quality databases and analyze trends.

Skills

Recognised Lead Auditor qualification

Knowledge of EASA/UK CAA Part-145 and Part-66

Confidence with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Ability to build relationships with stakeholders

Self-driven and flexible
