Job summary

A leading manufacturing firm is looking for an Operational Excellence Regional Manager to drive strategic initiatives across several sites. The role involves implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to foster continuous improvement. Candidates should have over 7 years in operations or consulting, with strong leadership skills and the ability to translate strategy into action. Proficiency in managing multi-site operations and experience in organizational transformations are key requirements. The position includes regular travel and collaboration with varied teams.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or consulting focusing on Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement.
  • Multi-site experience with success in deploying OpEx frameworks.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the deployment of The MCG Way within the assigned region.
  • Create and execute the Operational Excellence roadmap for the region.
  • Coach site-level Continuous Improvement Leaders and functional teams.

Skills

Lean tools (5S, Standard Work, Value Stream Mapping, Visual Management, Kaizen, Kanban)
Six Sigma and problem-solving tools (DMAIC, 8D, Fishbone, Pareto, A3)
Ability to influence and facilitate across all levels
Strong communication skills
Analytical and project management capabilities

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field
