Job summary

A leading training provider is seeking qualified Early Years Trainers in Birmingham to support learners through their Early Years apprenticeships. The role involves managing up to 45 learners, delivering qualifications, and creating tailored support solutions. Candidates must have a Level 3 qualification and significant experience in an Early Years setting. Excellent communication and IT skills are essential. This position offers a salary up to £30,000 plus bonuses and benefits including flexible working and 25 days holiday.

Qualifications

Overview

Realise are recruiting for qualified Early Years Trainers, covering learners in the Birmingham region.

As a Trainer, your focus will be to support learners to reach their goals through their Early Years Level 2, 3 or 5 apprenticeships or ASF short courses. As the first point of contact for your learners you will provide the support they need to flourish through their learning journey with Realise.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting a caseload of 45 learners across your region, face to face and remotely
  • Delivering a range of award-winning qualifications
  • Creating appropriate solutions for your learners to ensure that they have the best experience possible and develop their interests and career
  • Utilising our e-portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey
Salary
  • If you are a qualified Trainer and can deliver Level 3 - up to £29,000
  • If you are a qualified Trainer and can deliver Level 5 - up to £30,000
  • You can also earn up to £180 bonus for each learner you refer!

About You
  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years, or equivalent is essential
