Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years post-NQT teaching experience, ideally with SEND.
• Understanding of safeguarding and how to create a safe learning environment.
• Knowledge of supporting SEMH and additional educational needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored interventions for students with SEND.
• Build strong relationships with children facing educational challenges.
• Plan and report lessons, providing feedback on student progress.
