A leading marketing agency in Greater London seeks a Content Strategist to plan, create, and manage social content for luxury brands. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and hands-on experience in social media strategy. Navigator is a creative and marketing partner for ambitious luxury travel and lifestyle brands. We are expert storytellers who define and amplify brands, using data-driven insights to inform everything we do, from websites, SEO and paid, to copywriting, socials and print magazines.
We are seeking a Content Strategist who combines strong strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. You thrive in a fast‑paced agency environment and are confident planning, creating and managing social and digital content across multiple luxury and lifestyle brands.
You understand how to translate brand strategy, performance insights and campaign objectives into engaging, platform‑native content that delivers results. Highly organised and detail oriented, you are comfortable managing multiple clients, calendars and deadlines while maintaining exceptional standards of quality and consistency.
You are a collaborative communicator who enjoys working closely with others, ensuring content aligns with brand tone, storytelling and commercial goals. Curious, proactive and culturally aware, you stay on top of social trends and best practices, using insight and creativity to continually evolve content strategies.
As a Content Strategist, you will be responsible for planning, creating and managing content across a portfolio of luxury clients. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will deliver best‑in‑class social and digital content that is on‑brand, on‑strategy and optimised for performance.
You will own the end‑to‑end content process – from planning content calendars and briefing creative teams to writing captions, scheduling posts and monitoring performance. Alongside client work, you will also support the planning and execution of Navigator’s own social channels and communications.
This is a hands‑on role requiring strong organisational skills, creative flair and confidence working with data, AI and insights to inform ongoing optimisation.
