Qualifications

• Ability to maintain accurate records and complete compliance tasks precisely.
• Confident in using Microsoft 365 applications for reporting and scheduling.
• Able to organise and prioritise workloads effectively.
• Proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
• Skilled in operating customer service systems with accurate record keeping.
• Understanding of building compliance, including fire safety and health legislation.
• Skilled in supporting older and vulnerable residents with empathy.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality resident experiences.

Responsibilities

• Complete compliance tasks across assigned schemes and manage resident safety.
• Identify and report Health & Safety concerns, maintaining safe communal areas.
• Report and monitor repairs, ensuring quality and tracking progress.
• Engage with contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Process and verify invoices related to maintenance and ensure budget adherence.
• Provide welfare support to residents and assist with their concerns.
• Support community engagement activities to keep residents informed.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver quality service.
• Handle minor anti-social behaviour concerns appropriately.
• Travel for team meetings and training as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation.
