Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience in residential property management.
• Knowledge of health & safety compliance in residential properties.
• Good IT skills including experience with property databases.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of approximately 600 residential units.
• Liaise with contractors for fire risk assessments and compliance.
• Complete HMO license applications and conduct property assessments.
