Qualifications

• Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and EBITDA.
• Highly organized and detail-focused, able to deliver to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Produce accurate monthly finance packs, providing variance analysis.
• Analyze performance drivers and KPIs across the hotel portfolio.
