We bring together expertise in financial markets and cutting‑edge in‑house technology to deliver tailored, compliant solutions in the alternative assets space. Since launching in 2022, we’ve tokenized over $850m in assets across real estate, private credit, funds, litigation finance and more. We’re building a high‑performance, people‑first culture where ambitious individuals can thrive. We move fast, think big and hold ourselves to a high bar, while keeping things collaborative, open and genuinely fun.

What's Involved

We’re looking for a Graduate Product Designer to join our growing team and help shape the future of tokenization at Ctrl Alt. This is an excellent opportunity for a designer early in their career to gain hands‑on experience working on real products in a fast‑growing fintech environment.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our Senior Product Designer and cross‑functional teams to support the design of our iOS app and web platform.

  • Design intuitive web and mobile experiences that simplify complex workflows
  • Support the development of products that enable financial institutions, asset managers, and enterprises to issue, trade, and manage tokenized assets at scale
  • Help bring clarity to ambiguous problem spaces through thoughtful product thinking and strong design craft
  • Participate in design critiques, both giving and receiving feedback to continuously improve the quality of the work
  • Contribute to maintaining and evolving our design system, ensuring consistency across web and mobile experiences
  • Support with design QA, working with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet quality standards
  • Learn and grow through close collaboration and mentorship from our Senior Product Designer and Product Managers
Requirements
Must Haves
  • A portfolio showcasing product, UX, or relevant design work (academic, personal, or placement projects welcome)
  • A degree (or equivalent experience) in Product Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Experience Design, or a related field
  • Experience creating wireframes, UI designs, and interactive prototypes in Figma
  • A solid understanding of UX principles and user‑centred design
  • Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and explain design decisions
  • Strong attention to detail, with a high bar for quality and accountability in visual design execution
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and taking ownership of iterating designs to improve quality
  • A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn, grow, and develop as a product designer
Nice to Haves
  • Internship, placement year, or freelance experience in a product or digital design role
  • Basic understanding of front‑end development concepts (e.g. responsive design, components)
  • Experience contributing to or working with a design system (academic or professional)
  • Interest in fintech, blockchain, or complex technical products
