Qualifications

• Experience in pouring and finishing concrete, preferably in a precast environment.
• Ability to read manufacturing drawings and understand measurements.
• Keen eye for detail and great communication skills.
• Experience with a Power Float is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Materials Supervisor & Factory Manager.
• Ensure units are poured and finished to the highest standard.
• Track target pouring and review with Factory Manager to reduce waste concrete.
