Qualifications

• University degree in a Life Science or a Technical field.
• Experience in a customer facing and technical support position preferred.
• Computer literacy, knowledge of IT networks is an advantage.
• Full proficiency in English.
• A valid driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide repair, installation, upgrade and preventive maintenance activities.
• Respond to customer needs and schedule service efficiently.
• Work with manager and sales team to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain customer service reputation following corporate policies.
• Complete administrative paperwork and reports promptly.
