Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients for the full menu range.
• Prepare hot and cold food orders to order.
• Monitor stock levels and contribute towards the ordering process.
• Work efficiently to ensure low levels of waste.
• Clean equipment and working areas to the highest food hygiene standards.
• Close down the kitchen each day including preparation for the following day.
