Overview

We are seeking experienced sales order processors to join our client’s team in the run up to Black Friday and the Xmas period.

Responsibilities

• Take customer calls, identify the correct product, and process the order through to completion.
• Work with a CRM system to manage orders and customer information.
• Provide strong customer service and maintain positive customer relations.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales order processing or similar customer service/order handling roles.
• Proficient in the English language and comfortable communicating with customers.
• Experience working with a CRM system.

Hours and Location

Hours will vary and shifts will be allocated, including 1 possibly 2 days over the weekend. You will be required to work 5–6 days each week. Shifts typically run between 8am and 10pm, averaging about 8.5 hours per day.

Ideally, candidates should be able to drive due to location, though the role is walkable from the train station.
