A recruitment agency is seeking sales order processors for temporary positions in Snodland. The role involves answering customer calls, processing orders accurately, and ensuring timely service. We are seeking sales order processors to join our client in their busy period.
Candidates will be required to answer calls from customers looking to place orders with you. Your role is to determine the correct product and place the order on the system.
Candidates need to be confident on the telephone and be able to liaise with all manner of people, ensuring the customer gets the service and the products that they require in a timely manner.
These roles are temporary positions for an initial 3 month period, with an immediate start.
Hours of work are on a shift rota basis and will include weekend working. Shifts will be either 6am to 3pm, 7am to 4pm or 9am to 6pm.
Candidates suited to this role will have gained previous experience in a similar role, be confident when speaking to customers and possess excellent attention to detail.
