Job summary

A national housing developer is seeking a Group Architectural Technician to join their Group Technical team. The successful candidate will assist in the design and delivery of high-quality architectural solutions, produce technical drawings, and ensure compliance with building regulations and NHBC standards. Key responsibilities include collaborating with engineers and suppliers to ensure accurate project execution. A strong knowledge of construction processes and proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD are essential for success in this role. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

  • Experience in reviewing and coordinating external consultants’ and suppliers’ information.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Produce detailed construction drawings and technical documentation for all standard house types.
  • Ensure all drawings comply with building regulations and NHBC standards.
  • Work with structural engineers, suppliers, and regional technical teams for design coordination.
  • Support the Group Architectural Manager in implementing quality control processes.
