Qualifications

• Experience in working for a housebuilder or consultancy providing services to a housebuilder is essential.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and prioritise work efficiently.
• Excellent knowledge of Building Regulations and NHBC Standards.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed construction drawings and technical documentation accurately.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during the design phase.
• Work closely with structural engineers and suppliers to ensure designs are aligned.
• Support the Group Architectural Manager in implementing quality control measures.
