Qualifications

• Proactive and skilled Cloud Engineer with passion for managing cloud solutions.
• Effective communicator, enjoys collaborating with teams and customers.
• Experience with public cloud and/or on-premises infrastructure.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, and AWS.
• Good understanding of core networking concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be eligible for SC Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Act as cloud representative for customer accounts on infrastructure.
• Serve as escalation point for support issues and programs.
• Proactively manage cloud service incidents and resolutions.
• Conduct analysis to identify cloud performance trends and threats.
• Assist in cloud pre-staging of infrastructure for deployments.
• Contribute to customer-facing meetings and reviews.
