• Sound general ophthalmic training and sub‑specialist training in Paediatrics and Strabismus.
• Experience performing advanced strabismus surgery.
• Demonstrated evidence of ophthalmic training equivalent to UK standards.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ROP screening and treatment.
• Teaching and training undergraduates and other healthcare professionals.
• Managing clinical audits and contributing to research.
