Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years’ experience in senior account management/commercial roles within FMCG.
  • Strong financial and analytical capability with experience in managing budgets and profitability.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coach teams effectively.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills to understand client objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee management and execution of FMCG field sales contracts.
  • Serve as the senior point of contact for clients.
  • Take full ownership of financial performance of FMCG accounts.
