We’re looking for a Data Engineering Manager to lead our Data Engineering team at Buyagift & Red Letter Days, part of the Experience More group. This role sits at the heart of how we use data to understand our business and serve our customers better. You’ll lead a team of data engineers responsible for building and maintaining a robust, scalable, and secure data platform that ensures the right data is available to the right people, at the right time.
You’ll combine people leadership with hands‑on technical oversight, shaping our data strategy, data models, and data architecture while improving data quality and governance. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you’ll design and deliver well‑structured, trusted data that underpins reporting, analytics, and confident, data‑driven decision‑making.
