A support organization in the UK is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Worker in Doncaster. This part-time position involves supporting young individuals aged 16–18 in developing essential life skills and preparing for independence. Responsibilities include day-to-day support, safeguarding, and maintaining a positive living environment. Salary: £12.60 - £13.30*per hour / £26,208 - £27,664 per annum
Hours: Part time 20 hours per week with days and nights
Assigned shift structure 20 hours per week (including overnights) £62.64 per sleep-in

<3>Key ResponsibilitiesKeys Group supports over 2,500 individuals across England and Wales through its three divisions: Accomplish, providing specialist residential, supported living, and accommodation for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and brain injuries; Keys, offering education and care for children and families through schools, children’s homes, supported accommodation, and family assessment centres; and Peak, delivering indoor and outdoor adventure activities across four UK centres, including bespoke education programs and confidence-building activities like bushcraft, climbing, and canoeing.
