Qualifications

• Recognised Maintenance Qualification (NVQ Level 3 or above) or Apprenticeship or equivalent Maintenance experience.
• Experience with electro-mechanical systems and detection equipment.
• Ability to interpret electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, and PLC drawings.

Responsibilities

• Respond to equipment failure calls and prioritise tasks.
• Maintain workshops in a safe and tidy condition.
• Complete routine planned maintenance and servicing on MHE equipment.
• Apply Failure Analysis to equipment failures.
• React to Mechanical Handling Equipment breakdowns.

Skills

Maintenance Qualification (NVQ Level 3)

Experience with MHE equipment

Electrical qualifications for 3ph 400V circuits

Knowledge of Maintenance Risk activities

General PC skills using Microsoft Office

Education

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
