• Proven experience in solution design within Facilities Management.
• Strong understanding of hard, soft services and TFM delivery models.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse technical and commercial impacts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Power BI).
• Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Professional membership such as RICS or CIOB.
• Degree-level qualification in engineering or facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the solution design process for bids.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure robust and competitive solutions.
• Own the entire operational solution from draft to handover.
• Produce visual representations of models and structures.
• Identify risks and ensure compliance with legislation.
• Lead pricing strategies aligned with solution design.
• Prepare compelling responses for RFI, ITT, and RFP documents.
• Maintain and improve templates and processes.
